Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@GolfZoneX.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Restocking Fee

Yes, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products. For any other reason, including buyer's remorse, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

How to Return Products

Returns must be made by mail.

Return Label

If your return is due to damage or a defect, please contact us, and we will send you a return label via email. Simply download and print the label to return your item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before the refund shows up.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and resolve it for you.
